We’ve discovered even more evidence that the demand for new low-rise housing in Innisfil is still very strong – the first release of RADIANCE by DIAM Developments sold out in just 10 days! We’re not surprised. The modern-contemporary townhomes were highly anticipated due to the unique architectural design and amazing location. Much of the new housing in Innisfil is more traditional, with red brick and peaked roofs, but DIAM shook things up and it has obviously paid off.
